AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT CONFIRMING START OF UNIT CUSTOMIZATION.

UNITS ARE COMPLETED IN ORDER RECIEVED

This processing time starts when:

CUSTOM FLAWLESS HALO WIG: After checkout.

SENDING IN A WIG: Unit is recieved at FLAWLESS HALO.

By adding this service to your cart, you will receive a shipping label via email to send your unit to FLAWLESS HALO. You must print your label out. 

If you will be customizing a wig in your cart, your unit will be customized prior to your recieving it and you will recieve a tracking number when order is complete. You do not need to recieve your unit and send it back.

Any wigs shipped to FH without a FH label WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER.

FLAWLESS HALO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PACKAGES LOST OR STOLEN DURING TRANSIT.
